TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available to those who have actively participated in the Discovery Process, completed all assigned steps, and attended the discovery call. No refunds will be issued for partial participation or incomplete steps.

2. Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the 14-day discovery period. Refunds will take up to 2 weeks to process. Requests made after the 14-day period will not be considered.

3. Non-Transferable Access: Your access to the discovery process, training materials, and community is personal to you and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else. Any breach of this will result in immediate removal with no refund.

4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to engage respectfully within the community. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour (e.g., hate speech, spamming, or aggressive communication) will result in removal without refund.

5. Confidentiality: By participating in the Discovery Process, you agree to keep all training materials, community insights, and business strategies confidential. This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the programme.

6. No Guarantee of Results: While we provide tools, training, and guidance to help you succeed, your results are entirely dependent on your effort, consistency, and action. We can’t and won’t promise specific outcomes.

7. Access Duration: You will have access to the Discovery Process and materials beyond the initial 14-day period. However, refunds will not be granted after the 14-day period, regardless of participation.

8. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront to access the Discovery Process. Payment is non-refundable outside of the money-back guarantee conditions stated above.

9. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in the programme, regulations, or our business practices. Any changes will be communicated clearly.
